Tips.

• An efficient message is written in a way to intrigue the person calling.  It is best not to give all the details of your products or promotions as your goal is pique the caller's interest so he requests more information.

• It is important to have short messages in order to keep the caller's interest. 

• No need to try and say everything in one production.  A good idea is to refresh your on-hold message regularly, taking advantage of seasonal changes, company announcements or special offers.  Callers will have the impression of the constant renewal of your company.

• Short courtesy pauses can also be added to your messages.  Those very short messages are a simple way to thank the caller for staying on the line.
